For the fastest diagnosis, include the app version shown in Settings, your iPhone and iOS version, the public career name or link involved, and what you expected to happen. Please do not send passwords, Apple credentials, or sensitive identity documents by ordinary email.

A result looks wrong

White Lights reflects the OpenPowerlifting source archive. Corrections should go upstream so every product using the dataset benefits.

A meet is missing

White Lights is not a live ticker. Results appear after OpenPowerlifting publishes a source update, which can take days or weeks.

My Passport is not ownership

Choosing My Passport saves a public career on your iPhone. It does not verify that you are the athlete. Account creation and athlete verification are not open in the current build.

Photos stay local

A Passport photo stays in local app storage in the current build. Remove it from the Passport at any time. White Lights does not import or hotlink Instagram photos automatically.

Delete app data

Use Settings to clear My Passport and remove a local Passport photo. Removing the app clears its remaining local data. Public competition records remain in the source archive.

If accounts open later, account deletion will be available inside Settings.
